Our Lifetime Warranties:
Quality is important to us. Your satisfaction with the jewelry you purchase from Continental Jewelers is important to us, too. We stand behind our beautiful pieces and warrant they will be free from any manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us. We’ll inspect it, and if we determine your merchandise has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item has been discontinued, we may, at our discretion, replace with a similar quality piece. If there is some damage not caused by a manufacturing defect, we’ll let you know about repairing it and any associated costs before any work is done. If you have the piece repaired, sized or have any other service performed by someone other than Continental Jewelers, it will void your manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately we can’t warrant someone else’s work!
Normal wear and tear doesn’t fall under a manufacturing warranty. Metal can wear over time, gemstones and even diamonds can chip, particularly in rings. We can’t warranty for damage due to normal wear, loss of stones, loss or theft. The Lifetime Warranty doesn’t cover damage or loss that results from not maintaining the integrity of the product, like worn prongs.
There can be slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship in metals, and natural characteristics or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones and diamonds that are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
Our Return Policy
Thrilled! Ecstatic! In love! Those are the things we want to hear when you purchase jewelry from us. But if something is not quite right, we want to make it easy! Return your purchase within 30 days and we will exchange it, issue a store credit or refund your original purchase price and method of payment (allow up to two weeks for processing). Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Of course, items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by another jeweler will not be accepted. Gift recipients will be issued a store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have been altered or had changes made to the original design may not be refundable or a restoration fee may be charged. Diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report (if applicable) or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace it.
Our Shipping Policy
We will ship your order once your jewelry has passed through our complete quality control process. Jewelry will be shipped in one to four weeks, depending on the manufacturing schedule of the piece(s). We will insure all your jewelry for the full value of the item, so you can rest assured it is safe while in transit. We use the most efficient and reliable shipping methods available to your area, which might be the USPS, FedEx or UPS. We do require all deliveries be made to a physical home or business address. We require a signature for package delivery. Shipping charges will be noted with each individual item. If we are able to combine items into one package there will be reduced shipping fees. Many of our beautiful pieces of jewelry have no shipping charge at all! Free ground shipping on orders over $75.

Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services
We are happy to inspect your frequently worn jewelry, making sure all diamonds and gemstones are secure, and clean it in a four step “spa” treatment process every six months. Your jewelry will sparkle!
Complimentary Jewelry Cleaner and Polishing Cloth (in store only)
We want you to sparkle! Stop in and we’ll give you a complimentary jar of jewelry cleaner or polishing cloth once a year so you can maintain the brilliance of your jewelry at home.

Complimentary Ring Engraving and on Items over $150
Some exclusions, conditions and limitations may apply depending on the piece. There may be additional charges for hand engraving versus machine engraving. Let us know what you want in the Comments section of your Shopping Cart and we’ll email you information about your request!
Complimentary Insurance Documentation on items over $2000
We have different types of documentation we provide for you to be able to insure your new purchase, based on the value of the item. Our Certified Gemologist Appraiser will determine which type best suits your purchase.
Complimentary Sizing of Rings within 60 days of Purchase
It needs to fit! All rings, excluding eternity bands (this includes any band with diamonds, gemstones, or a pattern/design all the way around) and alternative metals, may be resized once for free within the first 60 days of purchase. When shipping it back to us, please insure it for the full value. We can’t reimburse those costs, but will do all we can to make the necessary adjustment as quickly as possible and will not charge you for the return shipping. Not sure of the finger size? Request a sizing strip! We’ll mail it to you and you’ll be able to gauge the correct size in no time!
Complimentary Gift Wrapping and Packaging
