Why by appointment?
- It's more respectful of your time. Before we moved to an appointment-only model, clients could wait up to 45 minutes for a simple watch battery or ring cleaning! When you schedule an appointment, a dedicated person is here to take care of you. Appointments are an efficient use of your time and allow you to better plan your day.
- It's more private. With appointments, clients are spread throughout the day, so there are fewer people in the store at any given time; no one waiting impatiently over your shoulder or overhearing your private conversations.
- It's more secure. We know who is coming in, when they're coming, and their contact information. Our doors are locked 24/7. Many clients have told us that they feel safer bringing their jewelry to us since we switched to working by appointment.
- We can plan for your visit. If you are looking for something specific and we don't have it, with enough notice we can order in the item or curate a small collection for you to choose from. This can reduce the number of trips needed for you to purchase a special gift or complete a design project!

Schedule your appointment
Due to a high volume of appointments, scheduling three or more days in advance is recommended, particularly if you require a Friday or Saturday appointment.
There may be a small amount of availability beyond what is shown in the schedule below, and we will try to accommodate requests when possible. If you're having difficulty finding an appointment time that works for you, please call us at (302) 475-2000.
Please also note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays and cannot accommodate appointments on those days.
